Sam has looked after our boiler for several years and has always responded promptly to any problems outside the annual service. He is friendly, polite, reliable and easy to communicate with. He comes prepared and leaves everything clean and tidy afterwards.

I have used Willsway Heating & Plumbing for about 10 years now. Sam is very professional, very reliable and always carries out the annual boiler services efficiently. He had installed a new bolier for me some 5 years ago. He had also installed a new shower and fixed the stopcock for me recently. His service charge is reasonable. Easy communication and booking from start to finish. Overall, I am always very happy with the services provided by Sam. I highly recommend his services.

Sam worked efficiently and cleanly. He arrived on time, protected the area around his workspace, and did a great job at a very fair price. Sam also services our boiler annually, and has always provided an excellent and professional service.

Sam is super reliable, honest and excellent at what he does. My boiler packed up when I was away. I got home late Tuesday and Sam tried to fix it remotely with video. When that didn’t work he changed his day on the Wednesday so he could attend in person and fix it.
