  An exceptional local company! From start to finish the whole process was thoroughly explained and carried out professionally. Sam and his team fitted the windows and doors superbly ahead of schedule. They were tidy, hard working, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The quality of the windows and doors is amazing, and the cost was very competitive. Sam is a real pro in his field. We would thoroughly recommend Willow Windows and Doors Ltd to anyone looking to replace windows and doors, you will not be disappointed.

  To remove 1930s original timber windows & replace

  Could gush here but will keep it professional! Sam’s communication has been excellent from the first point of contact. Expectations re lead time & installation were managed & met professionally. I.e. no false or misleading promises. Quality of windows & installation is excellent PLUS we have retained all of the original internal architraves. The house has been brought back to life & we could not be happier! Sam and teammate were a pleasure to have in our home, they were courteous, tidy & efficient! Thanks guys, here’s to phase 2!

  Patio door + bay window replacement

  We were really happy with Sam and his teams work. Sam came round and conducted a thorough survey and provided competitive quotes quickly. They fitted 2 set of french patio doors, a full length window and a new bay window for us within a week of receiving the parts in. They took care during the process, clearing up as they went and we are super happy with the finished product. Definitely recommend Willows Windows & Doors and we will hopefully be using their services again in the future when we replace our front door.

  Composite external door installation

  Sam did an excellent job in installing a composite external back door. He explained the choices well and the issues involved when building up our old door frame. He kept us in the loop throughout the process. Our slight concern was that the composite door would be very out of keeping with our old house, but it actually exceeded our expectations. We are delighted to have a draught free door finally! Would highly recommend Sam and his company.

  Bedroom windows

  Very quick and efficient team. Friendly and trustworthy. There were issues with windowsill but Sam and his team sorted this out in a timely fashion without any issues. Definitely recommend them.
