Could gush here but will keep it professional! Sam’s communication has been excellent from the first point of contact. Expectations re lead time & installation were managed & met professionally. I.e. no false or misleading promises. Quality of windows & installation is excellent PLUS we have retained all of the original internal architraves. We were really happy with Sam and his teams work. Sam came round and conducted a thorough survey and provided competitive quotes quickly. They fitted 2 set of french patio doors, a full length window and a new bay window for us within a week of receiving the parts in. They took care during the process, clearing up as they went and we are super happy with the finished product. Definitely recommend Willows Windows & Doors and we will hopefully be using their services again in the future when we replace our front door.
