  High quality of building work (shower replacement).

  We were pleased to find a local builder / plumber business that seemed well-reviewed. From the start they made things very easy for us. Their contacts with local suppliers made it very convenient for us to go and choose materials that Willowserve then ordered for the job. At those suppliers, we found staff were helpful and smiley when we said Willowserve had sent us. Once started they kept things clean and tidy during and at the end of each day. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer questions and deal with a couple amendments to what we wanted during the job. Would use again + recommend!

  Shower Room Update

  We recently had a new shower room with a tray, enclosure, and tiling installed by Willowserve, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Having used their services before, we were confident in their reliability—and they didn’t disappoint. The team provided an accurate quotation, showed up exactly when they said they would, and completed the job promptly. Their quality of work is outstanding, and they took great care to keep our carpets and floors clean throughout the process. They even went the extra mile to remove all waste, leaving everything spotless. Would highly recommend Willowserve.

  Oil Boiler Fault Diagnosis, Repair & Servicing

  Re-engaged Willowserve Limited following previous quality work undertaken at our property. Joe methodically worked through our old Trianco oil boiler giving it a full service, replacement of a faulty oil tap, and re-sealing of the exhaust to the outside world. Condition of all components, including the oil tank was checked over and verbally stated to be ok. We would be very happy to use Willowserve again, including the point should we ever need a new oil boiler and | or oil tank.

  Bathroom Refurbishments Plus Utility & Dining Room Work

  Found Willowserve Limited advertisement in the monthly village booklet and checked out their reviews on Checkatrade. From this, agreed quotations for works in four rooms. Two complete bathroom refurbishments, new utility room ceiling, and tiling of the dining room floor. Willowserve worked with us. We chose and supplied all major bathroom suite items, and they procured, supplied all wall boarding, tiles and items to fit everything. We are delighted with the high-end result in all four rooms. Many thanks to the Willowserve team, especially Marcus for bringing all of his experience to our job.

  Refitting heating main thermostat and also regular gas boiler servicing.

  We have used Willowserve for all our boiler maintenance for several years. They have also installed the new heating control thermostat recently. In addition they are our normal plumber to call. I find them excellent in both approach and undertaking the job itself. Highly recommended and reliable. Also punctual which is good. I'm pleased to have found them and will continue to use them when we move house shortly.
