After calling first thing this morning in regards to my elderly brother's heating issues, they were very quick to respond and sort out the problem. Very impressed and will recommend to anybody for their quick and efficient service.

I think Willowserve work very hard to dispel the myth about fly-by-night builders that has held sway for many years now. Their staff are all polite, professional, and very personable. They arrive when they say they will. Another important point is that they deal with the almost inevitable issues that arise in any building project by delivering a solution and not presenting the client with a problem. The team renovated an old bathroom to my wife's specific design and it looks fabulous. Willowserve provide a one-stop shop for all your building needs and I cannot recommend them more highly.

We were pleased to find a local builder / plumber business that seemed well-reviewed. From the start they made things very easy for us. Their contacts with local suppliers made it very convenient for us to go and choose materials that Willowserve then ordered for the job. At those suppliers, we found staff were helpful and smiley when we said Willowserve had sent us. Once started they kept things clean and tidy during and at the end of each day. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer questions and deal with a couple amendments to what we wanted during the job. Would use again + recommend!

We recently had a new shower room with a tray, enclosure, and tiling installed by Willowserve, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Having used their services before, we were confident in their reliability—and they didn’t disappoint. The team provided an accurate quotation, showed up exactly when they said they would, and completed the job promptly. Their quality of work is outstanding, and they took great care to keep our carpets and floors clean throughout the process. They even went the extra mile to remove all waste, leaving everything spotless. Would highly recommend Willowserve.

Re-engaged Willowserve Limited following previous quality work undertaken at our property. Joe methodically worked through our old Trianco oil boiler giving it a full service, replacement of a faulty oil tap, and re-sealing of the exhaust to the outside world. Condition of all components, including the oil tank was checked over and verbally stated to be ok. We would be very happy to use Willowserve again, including the point should we ever need a new oil boiler and | or oil tank.
