Great initial response and communication. I had a problem with low hot water pressure coming out of both kitchen and bathroom taps. I’m all electric and have a hot water tank only. When Steve arrived he diagnosed the problem almost straight away and found an air block in the system. He also showed me what to do in case it happens again in the future. As far as plumber’s go, Steve is a breath of fresh air. Easy to get on with and felt very comfortable with him in my home. Would have no hesitation in using him again.

Steve was really friendly and efficient. Communication was easy and Steve was quick to respond to questions.

Very prompt, friendly and reliable service. Easily able to find a time to come over despite my difficult schedule. Turned up exactly on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, while explaining the issue so I knew the exact work that needed to be done and why.

Steve was very reliable , he did a great job and returned promptly to look at a small leakage which he fixed . He was pleasant and did a great job cleaning up after he finished the job . We would highly recommend willow plumbing .

I created the job on checkatrade and the problem was fixed within an hour and a half, which has got to be the fastest I've seen in my life by a very long stretch. Steve went over and above expectations, called me straightaway, asked for a picture and he was here within the hour. He explained what the problem was: a rubber joint had failed and the pipe needed to be glued instead. He had the parts to fix it in his van and fixed it straightaway. Never had a better experience with any tradesmen before. He's obviously first on my list for any other plumbing issues I get in the future
