  Mark has serviced my boiler over the last few years and has also carried out small repairs & installed a Hive system. I have always found him to be helpful & reliable. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing & heating services.

  Quick to respond and very helpful. Made the effort to carefully diagnose the issue and carried out the work required to a high standard along with supporting changes identified on site. Also great follow up communication. I would highly recommend Willis-West and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
