  Service of system, rectification of faults & new PIR for additional room

  Wicker Security installed my system in 2020. The alarm has been reliable and it was a good choice. After I replaced batteries recently the system developed a fault ( first in 5 years ) and I needed professional help. I contacted mark and he was very obliging with his timing and was totally professional, providing advice and installing a new PIR in an extension and replacing a faulty communication part. He is in direct communication with the manufacturer and was able to use his experience and skills to update my system. I am pleased that I chose Wicker Security in 2020 and I remain very happy.

  CCTV, Intruder & fire alarm servicing

  Mark has carried out several works for us ie installed CCTV systems, intruder and fire alarm servicing and responded to callouts. He's knowledgeable, very approachable, works tidily and always arrives on time... and when he says he's going too. He definitely has a 'can do' attitude and if a problem arises on the job, he'll solve it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark of Wicker Security.

  Upgrade of Existing Security System

  Wicker Security replaced the control panel, keypad, bell box and smart connection in my existing wired security system. Other potential suppliers tried to sell me a wireless system which I did not think would be as good. The quote covered what was needed and was competitive. Communications were good, the work was done according to plan and an improvement to the existing system was identified and made within the agreed price. I'm very happy with the outcome and after sales support has been offered if I need any. Would definitely call on Wicker Security if I need any further upgrades.

  Door entry system

  Our door entry system was not working. We live in a flat, and the intercom receiver inside our flat had stopped working, but even after replacing it, we were unable to open the door from the entry system outside the building. Mark was very proactive in communicating with us and quickly resolved our issue, at minimal fee.

  Installation of new house alarm and camera system

  Mark from Wicker Securities recently fitted an alarm and camera system to our new home. Mark has been excellent throughout, providing sound advice on the system we needed, and installing it on time and on budget. Great communication throughout and a genuinely nice guy, We would recommend him to anyone looking for independent security advice and installation.

  Security alarm for reidential property

  This was the second burglar alarm that he has fitted, one at our old premises and now one at our new abode. Great communication, friendly, explained exactly what work would be carried out and the best way to do it. Would recommend.
