  This was the second burglar alarm that he has fitted, one at our old premises and now one at our new abode. Great communication, friendly, explained exactly what work would be carried out and the best way to do it. Would recommend.

  New cctv installation

  Great job. Thoughtful proposal in terms of how things could be setup with minimal visible cabling, and a fair and sensible quote. Work was completed on time with no mess, and in line with the quote. Came back of an evening to ensure the setup was tested in darkness. Thoroughly recommend.

  LIFESAVER! I had an incorrect key stuck in a fire MCP, removal and reset

  I had an incorrect key stuck in a fire MCP, the day before a fire risk assessment. Mark came to the rescue a few short hours after my call, did what was required to get it out and gave me further info and advice. Invoice for an emergency call out was very reasonable, will be using Mark for my alarm maintenance going forward.

  replacement alarm

  Mark discussed our requirements without any pressured selling. The alarm ws fitted at the agreed time and Mark made sure that we fully understood the nnew alarm and even made a courtesy call a couple of days later to make sure there were no problems. Professional throughout
