Mark upgraded my existing domestic Cat5e networking infrastructure to Cat 6a to solve some issues with the existing cabling due to age and previous installation methods, and also to support future multi-gigabit broadband capabilities. He also extended the system into my detached garage so I could extend my Wifi Mesh network using ethernet backhaul. He sourced the correct cable and faceplates and used the Cat 6a patch panel I had ordered for the job. The work was done quickly, to a great standard, and at a good price. Really happy with the job and I have no hestiation recommending Mark.

Wicker Security installed my system in 2020. The alarm has been reliable and it was a good choice. After I replaced batteries recently the system developed a fault ( first in 5 years ) and I needed professional help. I contacted mark and he was very obliging with his timing and was totally professional, providing advice and installing a new PIR in an extension and replacing a faulty communication part. He is in direct communication with the manufacturer and was able to use his experience and skills to update my system. I am pleased that I chose Wicker Security in 2020 and I remain very happy.

Mark has carried out several works for us ie installed CCTV systems, intruder and fire alarm servicing and responded to callouts. He's knowledgeable, very approachable, works tidily and always arrives on time... and when he says he's going too. Wicker Security replaced the control panel, keypad, bell box and smart connection in my existing wired security system. Other potential suppliers tried to sell me a wireless system which I did not think would be as good. The quote covered what was needed and was competitive. Communications were good, the work was done according to plan and an improvement to the existing system was identified and made within the agreed price. I'm very happy with the outcome and after sales support has been offered if I need any. Would definitely call on Wicker Security if I need any further upgrades.
