We have recently had a whole security system fitted by Mark at Wicker Security Limited and have been thoroughly impressed with the service. Mark communicated clearly before his visit to ensure that we had everything required for the fit. He also kept in touch about the time he would be arriving. Excellent work carried out along with full testing and instructions on how everything works.

I had a 36 year old alarm system when I moved into this house which didn't work. As one does I asked for a few quotes to replace it, a couple of the bigger national and local firms didn't even respond, Mark did respond very quickly and having spoken with him and agreed for him to do the work, a date was quickly agreed and the work carried out very professionally and I actually ended up with more coverage than I planned and a very neat and tidy and functional system with an app for my phone which didnt require a standing charge. No additional hard sell, just nice and friendly and professional.

I needed an intercom handset replaced . Mark was helpful and able to source the correct one before visiting and kindly came on a Saturday .

Mark was more than happy (when most other companies were not) to help with a fairly quick and simple job of removing an old non functional alarm as well as mounting / installing sensors etc for a Ring alarm system. He did a good job and I would recommend. He was also decent enough to reduce the quoted amount as the job tool less time and was more straightforward than anticipated, which was welcome.

Mark dismantled an old wired alarm system. The quote was very fair and transparent, the job was done very professionally, and communication was great throughout. Would recommend his services!

Mark did a great job in fitting a new sim intercom system for our small block of flats. Friendly, good communication and very efficient. We are really pleased with our new system.
