  Phil and the fitters were friendly folk. No pressure sale, very much quoted and let the weeks go round until I was ready and approached them to arrange paying deposit.

  install 1.8x2.4m upvc window

  Phil had a nice no pressure manner pre sale and post sale. Phil quoted, surveyed and inspected window post install - which is good continiuity. He selected a good fitting team to install that had a polite manner and didn't rush the job. I expected losses to outside rendering, but they remarked the render was in good condition and only 2 small patches were required - easily masked when the house next gets repainted. Lee took his time applying trims and finishing the windows and pace of the job shows in the finished quality. Would consider going through Phil again. Warranty period is good.
