Phil came round the same day as my enquiry. He was ver helpful, issue a quote the same day and fixed the broken hinge today. A superb turnaround. This was a pleasant and efficient experience from start to finish. Phil was our contact person en very efficient communicating with us. He was also always on time, if not a little early. Can’t fault the price and efficiency of this company.

Phil was very helpful in assessing our fire door and offering advice on how best to proceed. He didn't push us into paying to have the door replaced and instead contacted the block manager to advise that the suggested amendments didn't seem necessary. I appreciated his helpful and honest approach and he is also a great communicator.
