A very on-the-ball and professional company, good response, polite and tidy, do a great job. Have used them for jobs large and small, boiler install and servicing, new electric shower, replace flush mechanism in loo etc. Always very satisfied.

Responded quickly, explained and discussed their diagnosis thoroughly and left us time to make a decision. Once we had, they arranged to come and replace our old boiler. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily. Jove and Elliot were the epitome of professionalism. N.B. there may be cheaper plumbers around, however, we were very impressed with the service, quality of work, politeness and cleanliness.

A review was required to the existing heating system to determine why it was not working correctly. This was organised very quickly and efficiently within 5 days of calling. The review determined that there were a number of issues with values, pumps and solenoids. The engineer was respectful, efficient and explained the issues clearly. He gave a quote for the works within 1 hour of completing his review and the works were arranged to be done within 2 days. The works were undertaken by the original engineer and another. The work was top quality and they ensured that everything was understood.
