Whitfields serviced an aged boiler, that others had refused to look at and deemed it safe and sound, with some life in it yet. They diagnosed another associated issue and returned promptly to resolve this. They were patient and thoughtful about answering questions and took care to clean up well after themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, given my experience thus far and I will use them again myself.

We had a problem with our central heating boiler the day before we were due to go away. We made a call and an engineer came that day. He couldn't fix it completely as he didn't have the necessary part but he did a temporary fix. They have since returned and made the necessary repairs we opted for. There was no hard sell, they were prompt, polite and very professional. We would recommend them to anyone and will be using their services again.
