The job was completed to a certain degree after multiple missed and rescheduled appointments with extensive email correspondence, causing repeated disruptions and waiting all day before having to chase updates. The issue raised wasn’t resolved or properly addressed and I was told it wouldn’t be dealt with. There was little willingness to try and improve the situation making the experience feel dismissive with emails that came across as passive aggressive rather than solution-focused. There was little regard for delivering a satisfactory job or customer satisfaction. Service was disappointing.

What a shame to receive a review so far removed from our standard high rating. We avoid rescheduling appointments – this would only occur if we had an emergency call out/staff absence. The job instructed to quote for, was installation of a supplied cooker, to which we completed, and we are pleased to see that you have confirmed this. It was after this event that the scope of works you requested changed, namely, a repair to the uneven kitchen floor, and kitchen unit joinery works, both of which we advise on and explained was not a part of the original quote nor would a gas engineer undertake.
