This company responded immediately to my emergency. They carried out a tricky job efficiently and with care for my property. They came when they said they would and communication was good at all times. I would recommend them unreservedly.

From my initial phone call on Monday to the complete installation of a new working boiler by Tuesday afternoon the service provided by Whickham Plumbing and Heating was top class in all respects. Brilliant.

company turned up at the agreed time , completed the service, filled in the necessary paper work ,and did the job a a reasonable price zim very happy with the service provided by this company.

I rang in a panic after putting a screw through a floorboard but also a hot water pipe. David was passing and managed to fix in 5 minutes. Refused to take any money. They also fitted a large combo in our last house which went perfectly. 5 Stars

came on time, looked at boiler it wasn't repairable took fuse out, never even looked at drip on pipe or the tap, as l asked, sed l needed a new boiler, £2,300 to £3,600, and would get the office to contact me, they never did, total waste of time £120.00 total for what

Initially we booked a boiler service but as things turned out boiler had issues that meant it couldn’t be fixed so needed a new boiler.The next day a new boiler was fitted service couldn’t have gone smoother.The Plumber arrived with a young Apprentice (Riley who was a lovely young lad) and from Start to Finish everything was 1st Class would not hesitate to recommend company.
