The engineer, Colin, messaged ahead to visit and quote the same day I placed job! Messaged ahead again advising arrival time and arrived as advised. Quickly found fault (old loose and leaning roof ariel and broken securing bracket and a tired outdated distribution/"boost" box.!) He quoted me a very reasonable amount (new ariel, cable, booster and bracket fitted). I enquired as to when he could fit me in? He suggested now and I couldn't say yes, quick enough!
