    Sudden loss of aerial signal with no visible reason

    Colin replied to my enquiry within an hour or so, can round a few hours later (having given me advance 10 minute eta text). He was smart, jolly and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and repair done! All within 45 mins or so. Great service, reliable, prompt and reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend!
