Our job is a tricky one, two other TV engineers had said no, or had suggested alternative ways that I was reluctant to go for. Then came Colin, who has a motto: nothing is impossible, and so it proved. Given the magnitude of the job, the charge is reasonable, and I am happy with the result.

Colin came on the day I rang and did a comprehensive analysis of the problem. He fixed everything despite it being a bigger job than expected. He cleared up everything before leaving and removed any rubbish. I would recommend this company.

The engineer, Colin, messaged ahead to visit and quote the same day I placed job! Messaged ahead again advising arrival time and arrived as advised. Quickly found fault (old loose and leaning roof ariel and broken securing bracket and a tired outdated distribution/"boost" box.!) He quoted me a very reasonable amount (new ariel, cable, booster and bracket fitted). I enquired as to when he could fit me in? He suggested now and I couldn't say yes, quick enough! Work was all done in a couple of hours, all faults were fixed. Good for another 10 - 20 years! Great engineer, very professional,
