Very disappointed. I was initially told the call out and first hour would be £145. After I gave my card details I got an invoice for £145 PLUS VAT :-( The visit wasn't by 7pm as promised but ended up being 24 hours later. They do know what they are doing and did a good job of assessing the fault and fixing the immersion heater in the boiler. The real fault was a non functioning motorised head. I hoped the quote would be reduced because of the delay. Only one head needed replacing but I was ok with the others being done at the same time as I imagined the worst case billing would be another £1

Recently had West London Plumbing round to carry out a heating system powerflush. They protected my property very well throughout the job and the engineers were very professional. Priced around and their price was competitive. Have now booked them to carry out my annual boiler service. Definitely recommend them.

Professional and very efficient

West London Plumbing have been servicing the boiler in my rental property for the last 7 years. They recently replaced a number of radiator valves in the same property and have been doing the maintenance ongoing. I am and have been very happy with the consistent service received throughout the last 7 years. They have always kept the cost competitive but important the service has remained high quality. The booking process with their office staff is always with ease and very swift. I will replace my boiler soon in my own property and I will definitely use West London Plumbing. Highly recom

Fixed a broken PVC pipe causing a leak

Fixed the issue that was causing a leak, came within 48 hours of the enquiry. Got charged for two hours when one of those hours was spent him driving off to get a small plastic part, the actual work only took about 30 minutes which was frustrating.
