Fixed the issue that was causing a leak, came within 48 hours of the enquiry. Got charged for two hours when one of those hours was spent him driving off to get a small plastic part, the actual work only took about 30 minutes which was frustrating.

We had an ongoing leak in the shower area. Tried other companies but they could not find it. West London Plumbing sent their specialist leak detection team and the leak was found on the first visit. They found the leak without causing any damage. Following the visit they sent the report and repair recommendations. Very impressed and will use them for the repairs. Highly recommend.

Serviced both our boilers. Turned up on time, detailed service carried out. They sent service record by email promptly . The engineer was very friendly and polite.

I contacted West London Plumbing for a new boiler quote on recommendation from neighbours and friends who had used them. The quote was very competitive but moreover I was more interested in responsiveness, the quality of workmanship and the quality of the product. I must say I was very impressed on all counts. I have had a new boiler installed with everything left back the way I expected. Quality workmanship, friendly and courteous, with follow up one week after installation to check everything was in order. Highly recommend.

Engineer visited open the cover of the boiler checked the pressure of the gas and advised it is working perfectly. Same he open the wiring chamber cover of the mega flow and check and advised it working perfectly and gone.
