  We had a fantastic experience with Western Flooring Company. Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the process—nothing was too much trouble. Lee, who restored our floor, was hardworking, kind, and very respectful of our home and did a fantastic job restoring our flooring. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results and couldn’t be happier!

  Restoring, sanding and varnishing sitting room floor

  We are so happy with the quality of work. Lee was always punctual and friendly, and worked relentlessly every day. A central concrete strip had to be removed and we had an awkward threshold into the kitchen, which Sam has made a lovely bespoke threshold strip for. Our 120 year old floor looks beautiful.   Sanding of Edwardian pine floors and fitting slithers

  Western Flooring Company sanded 4 rooms of Edwardian pine floorboards and fitted wooden slithers in our home. We are blown away by the finish, which has been transformative! Sam and Nick are experienced and highly skilled at their job with a real attention to detail. They were tidy, punctual and friendly. They helped us with moving heavy furniture, which we really appreciated. They appear to use the best quality equipment and materials. Chris took the time to answer our questions and communicated clearly from start to finish. Thank you all for your hard work!

  Repair, sand and seal a village hall floor

  Western Flooring Company were very helpful. They originally quoted for the work almost 2 years ago but we couldn’t proceed at that time due to funding. When we went back to them, the price had increased only very minimally. They completed the works in the timescales stated, left no mess and did a lovely job, sanding the floor back to its original light colour then applying sealant. Whenever I emailed a question there was a prompt response and they are now following up with a flat mop system to help us keep the floor looking it’s best. All in all a great job, would highly recommend.

  Sanding of floors through hall, dining room and kitchen.

  Chris and the team were great. Easy to communicate with before the job, explained the whole process, patiently answered the many questions. They arrived on time, were super friendly, and worked cleanly and tidily. Would 100% work with them again and would recommend to anyone.
