  A brilliant service from the Western Floor Co. From my initial dealings with Chris he was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to come and view my floor and measure up, rather than relying on photos. This personal touch was appreciated. The price for sanding back and refinishing my oak floor was competitive. My floor had a hard lacquered finish and sanding back was hard work, but they persevered and after a few coats of Bona Mega Evo it was back looking like new. Really impressed with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend the Western Flooring Co.

  Fantastic, highly recommended

  Fantastic, cannot recommend Western Flooring enough, they brought our 20 year old Oak flooring back to life. Professional from start to finish, from Chris with his viewing and quote to the smashing chaps who did the work, very clean and careful, dust was a minimum, so all in all, highly recommended.

  Floor repair, sanding and varnishing

  Fabulous company, Chris was very responsive to any questions and communication. We had 2 large floors sanded in our grade 2 listed property. The results were brilliant, so pleased, the team were very respectful to our property and left it very clean indeed considering what a messy process you imagine floor sanding to be. Very pleased with the finish and would highly recommend this lovely family company.

  Sanded all the floors in a 4, bed house

  Chris from Western Floor Company gave me a reasonable quote and managed to fit the job in earlier as I had a tight deadline. They did an excellent job and finished half a day early so Chris adjusted the bill to take that into account. Chris was very honest and fair and was a pleasure to deal with.

  We had a fantastic experience with Western Flooring Company. Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the process—nothing was too much trouble. Lee, who restored our floor, was hardworking, kind, and very respectful of our home and did a fantastic job restoring our flooring. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results and couldn’t be happier!

  Restoring, sanding and varnishing sitting room floor

  We are so happy with the quality of work. Lee was always punctual and friendly, and worked relentlessly every day. A central concrete strip had to be removed and we had an awkward threshold into the kitchen, which Sam has made a lovely bespoke threshold strip for. Our 120 year old floor looks beautiful.
