Fabulous company, Chris was very responsive to any questions and communication. We had 2 large floors sanded in our grade 2 listed property. The results were brilliant, so pleased, the team were very respectful to our property and left it very clean indeed considering what a messy process you imagine floor sanding to be. Very pleased with the finish and would highly recommend this lovely family company.

Chris from Western Floor Company gave me a reasonable quote and managed to fit the job in earlier as I had a tight deadline. They did an excellent job and finished half a day early so Chris adjusted the bill to take that into account. Chris was very honest and fair and was a pleasure to deal with.

We are so happy with the quality of work. Lee was always punctual and friendly, and worked relentlessly every day. A central concrete strip had to be removed and we had an awkward threshold into the kitchen, which Sam has made a lovely bespoke threshold strip for. Our 120 year old floor looks beautiful. We highly recommend this company!

Western Flooring Company sanded 4 rooms of Edwardian pine floorboards and fitted wooden slithers in our home. We are blown away by the finish, which has been transformative! Sam and Nick are experienced and highly skilled at their job with a real attention to detail. They were tidy, punctual and friendly. They helped us with moving heavy furniture, which we really appreciated. They appear to use the best quality equipment and materials.
