10 Good value, professional service and highly cost effective

From start to finish Wessex was wonderful. At the time of booking the survey the costs were explained. The engineer who conducted the initial survey spent time trying to fix the issue. The door needed a new motor, which was ordered and the repair completed within the following week. The £30 survey fee was not mentioned, it was just swept up in the cost of the repair. The repair was completed by two engineers who took time to explain the safety issues related to our new motor. The instillation of the door was carried out on the the day it was booked in for and although the fitment wasn't straight forward, the two engineers found a way to overcome the issues. Great service from start to finish. We are very pleased with the new garage door. Two lovely men came to install it they were on time and cleared up all their mess.
