Excellent job repairing my broken up-and-over garage door mechanism with both supporting cables and cones replaced, despite one of the cones being very difficult to remove. The mechanism is now smooth and opens and closes easily.

Recently had a very old up and over garage door replaced with an electric roller door. Best purchase ever! Makes my life so much easier, wish I’d done it years ago! From start to finish I was so impressed with the service I received from Wessex Garage Doors, Chis was so professional and knowledgeable, received a quote next day, ordered and fitted within a month. The fitters were very polite, did a great job fitting the door, left the area clean and tidy. Definitely recommend the company and the roller door, very happy customer! Thank you!

From start to finish Wessex was wonderful. At the time of booking the survey the costs were explained. The engineer who conducted the initial survey spent time trying to fix the issue. The door needed a new motor, which was ordered and the repair completed within the following week. The £30 survey fee was not mentioned, it was just swept up in the cost of the repair. The repair was completed by two engineers who took time to explain the safety issues related to our new motor. Overall, a fantastic experience at a really good price, significantly cheaper than another company's quote.

The instillation of the door was carried out on the the day it was booked in for and although the fitment wasn't straight forward, the two engineers found a way to overcome the issues. The experience was a very good one from start to finish and would highly recommend the company.
