Serge showed up as he promised and did a great job of fixing with my security alarms and serviced the main panel. He worked hard and it was a difficult job - but he was friendly and worked for longer than his standard fee, but did not charge for the extra time he took. Excellent experience with Sergejs. He is a very professional and friendly engineer. He installed my outdoor cameras lights, and siren perfectly, keeping all lines tidy on the outside wall. I really appreciated his customer focus; he provided a brilliant, detailed explanation of the system and planning. Sergejs was incredibly respectful of my space and completed the job to the highest standard. Job location: MK18I had an issue with my house alarm panel going off every couple of days. My house alarm company had gone out of business and the company that took them over were awful to deal with. I found Wesec online and called Sergejs who was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He came out very quickly, identified the problem and fixed it. I'm so happy to have a quiet house.
