Job location: MK18I had an issue with my house alarm panel going off every couple of days. My house alarm company had gone out of business and the company that took them over were awful to deal with. I found Wesec online and called Sergejs who was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He came out very quickly, identified the problem and fixed it. I'm so happy to have a quiet house. I've already recommended Wesec on my local facebook group and wouldn't hesitate to recomment Sergejs to others.9.67 The Job was reinstalling the CCTV and building a remote monitoring view from our second office

Excellent experience overall - they contacted me within hours of my enquiry, came around to the house within 24 hours and the engineer was polite, knowledgable and helpful - the quote was well written and detailed - so he won the work on the spot. He turned up on time, worked throughout the day and finished on time - he was flexible in his approach as we did change the spec. slightly while he was there, and he accommodated it for us. His invoice was spot on. Can't ask for better service than that - He is highly recommended and I would use his services again.
