The new cameras offer crystal-clear images, night vision is excellent with the Hik-vision Color-vu 3.0 IP cameras, and remote viewing through my phone is seamless. It’s a huge improvement over my old system! The installation was quick and tidy, and Sergejs took the time to show me how everything works before leaving. The after-sales support has also been great with messages to make sure everything was as it should and asked if any adjustments were needed etc.

He contacted me the evening I posted the job and was on site the next day (Saturday) by 11:00. He was polite and knew what he was doing and identified the issue with the tamper sensor spring. He addressed the issue and refitted the panel including repairing the mountings that had been broken for years. Following his work we, and our neighbours, had a peaceful weekend.
