Excellent experience overall - they contacted me within hours of my enquiry, came around to the house within 24 hours and the engineer was polite, knowledgable and helpful - the quote was well written and detailed - so he won the work on the spot. He turned up on time, worked throughout the day and finished on time - he was flexible in his approach as we did change the spec. slightly while he was there, and he accommodated it for us. His invoice was spot on. Can't ask for better service than that - He is highly recommended and I would use his services again. Well done!

Wesec assessed my existing setup, explained the best upgrade options, and made sure everything was tailored to my property’s needs. The new cameras offer crystal-clear images, night vision is excellent with the Hik-vision Color-vu 3.0 IP cameras, and remote viewing through my phone is seamless. It’s a huge improvement over my old system! The installation was quick and tidy, and Sergejs took the time to show me how everything works before leaving. The after-sales support has also been great with messages to make sure everything was as it should and asked if any adjustments were needed etc.
