  Used for my move in July. Expensive marble coffee table that was damaged (marble top split in half) They were apologetic and said they would replace. I didn’t hear from them for several weeks so I contacted them. They said that they could offer me a fraction of the cost or they would claim on their insurance. I said do the latter. I have chased them continuously and each time I get a difference excuse. "Issue submitting, has to be done again". I chase again and told "issue submitting it have to be done again". So now waiting on a third resubmission. Very disapointed. Would not use again!

  We offered you the value of a 2nd hand one soon after due it not being brand new and we explained insurance could take longer than usual as it was a new insurance company we have appointed and haven’t made a claim on the policy. The claim is being dealt with but a lot of complications in the back end which is now sorted and claims can be made a lot quicker, we do apologise about this and rest assured your claim is being dealt with.   We move homes were fantastic! I got three quotes as I always do and the fact I was moving way up north meant I was about to be ripped off! But We move homes came in with a reasonable quote that didn’t break the bank, they were at my house when they said they’d be, were efficient, courteous and hard working. Once we reached the new house, we were surprised by the old owners not having moved out!! The WMH guys were fantastic and took control of a bad situation and got us into the house. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

  2nd floor flat removal to storage in Somerset

  Wow, you made the move so easy. Turned up when promised, polite and efficient. Coped with the 3 flights of stairs and were still smiling at the end. Then transported our belongs to storage in Somerset all done by the afternoon. Also great service by the office organising our on off move and changing details when needed to fit with the difficult sale of our property. Thank you so much.

  Fantastic movers. I was moving from Welwyn to Leeds. They turned up right on time at 7am, took down my wardrobes and bed, carefully wrapped and loaded everything up and then got it all in my storage unit in Leeds. They were super friendly and helpful throughout. Couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks!!

  They are the most unprofessional company I've ever come across, and left me stranded after dumping one load off at my new property, they refused to go back and get half of my house including sofas, mattresses, tvs, all garden furniture, and a whole summer house full of my belongings. All the really heavy stuff! I was asked to pay £575 in CASH before they unloaded my belongings.

  This all comes down to the customer not paying for another van trip on the day even though she knew about the extra trip before booking and when booking and stated clearly on her quote. When the extra trip was needed and she had to pay the extra £150 she refused to pay? We explained we couldn’t do another trip for free and they were fully aware of this. I offered a £50 discount and she still refused and told our team to leave as she had a van to do the rest. All these nasty comments are not true or fair as we were honest upfront and as fair as possible and respectful and helpful at all times.
