Used for my move in July. Expensive marble coffee table that was damaged (marble top split in half) They were apologetic and said they would replace. I didn’t hear from them for several weeks so I contacted them. They said that they could offer me a fraction of the cost or they would claim on their insurance. I said do the latter. I have chased them continuously and each time I get a difference excuse. "Issue submitting, has to be done again". I chase again and told "issue submitting it have to be done again". So now waiting on a third resubmission. Very disapointed. Would not use again!

We offered you the value of a 2nd hand one soon after due it not being brand new and we explained insurance could take longer than usual as it was a new insurance company we have appointed and haven’t made a claim on the policy. The claim is being dealt with but a lot of complications in the back end which is now sorted and claims can be made a lot quicker, we do apologise about this and rest assured your claim is being dealt with.
