  We were very pleased with the work carried out by Hilden’s on our roof. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They explained the process in simple terms, worked efficiently, and left the site clean and tidy afterward. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and we feel much more confident about the condition of our roof now. We would happily recommend Hilden’s to anyone in need of roofing work.

  Re-Roofing a 1925 built house that had the original roof!

  I cannot fault John and the team one iota. John went above and beyond to keep us informed with what was happening, and when and everything happened to schedule. The work was finished to an impeccable standard and our house is now watertight and warm! I would not hesitate to use HRR again in the future. John- thank you for everything.

  We were very satisfied with John and his team. John kept us up to date on progress. His team worked extremely hard, were polite and tidied up at the end of every day. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending HRR roofing.

  Doesn't keep appointments.

  I made 2 appointments for a roof review. On each occasion no-one turned up. And on each occasion no one rang to let me know or to apologise. I definitely would not recommend this unreliable company.

  I have no idea why this person has left a negative feedback on both occasions. I have spoken to the lady the first occasion my business partner could not make it as his mother-in-law got taken into Crawley hospital I explained to the lady and apologised and rearranged an alternative visit she could not do the following Monday but could do Tuesday I said that I would ring her on that morning to let her know when I was on route and what time she phoned me at 10:46 on Tuesday morning. I apologise but explain to her that I was going to let her know when I was on route That was the plan but quit rude and not a nice person to talk to so I advised her to find someone else as I thought it was best on both sides I don't know if there was some sort of miscommunication on her side, but regarding no communication I have got phone records which I have passed on to Check A Trade to prove that I have spoken to this lady on both occasions.
