I have no idea why this person has left a negative feedback on both occasions. I have spoken to the lady the first occasion my business partner could not make it as his mother-in-law got taken into Crawley hospital I explained to the lady and apologised and rearranged an alternative visit she could not do the following Monday but could do Tuesday I said that I would ring her on that morning to let her know when I was on route and what time she phoned me at 10:46 on Tuesday morning. I apologise but explain to her that I was going to let her know when I was on route That was the plan but quit rude and not a nice person to talk to so I advised her to find someone else as I thought it was best on both sides I don't know if there was some sort of miscommunication on her side, but regarding no communication I have got phone records which I have passed on to Check A Trade to prove that I have spoken to this lady on both occasions.
