  Fridge not working after being off for a few months Contacted watts refrigeration Simon a lovely chap Retuned call promptly Agreed a day which was next day only slot Came on time with a 20 min pre call Sorted our fridge Big result and very happy customers Now have his contact in my phone should the need or a recommendation arise Don’t hesitate to use Simon 👍👌

  Fridge/Freezer problem

  The guy from Watts refrigeration turned up on time. The problem was that water was collecting in the bottom of the fridge. He disassembled the internal covers and found the drain tube was blocked/ frozen and started to clear the obstruction. He then put it all back together. It's now been working OK for a week and he appears to have solved the problem we had

  Integrated Fridge Freezer fix

  Simon responded to my job enquiry immediately on Sunday evening. I spoke to his assistant on Monday morning to explain the issue. Simon called me back within the hour and attended 90 minutes later. He assessed the issue and sorted the problem quickly and professionally. He was very attentive, communicative and we could not fault him. Highly recommended and very reasonable price wise. We will be calling on him again should we need to.

  Sinon saved Christmas! Simon correctly diagnosed the fault over the phone after asking me a few questions. He was transparent about the cost of the service and the part required. Simon had been recommended to me by another engineer. He attended on time, was polite, chatty, explained everything clearly and was a bit of a dog whisperer too! I would 100% recommend Watts Refridgeration Ipswich.

  Service exceptional telephoned 910am promised visit within 2hours and arrived by 10am. Job completed within an hour to full satisfaction. Frriendly ,helpful service throughout. very reasonable prices as well
