The guy from Watts refrigeration turned up on time. The problem was that water was collecting in the bottom of the fridge. He disassembled the internal covers and found the drain tube was blocked/ frozen and started to clear the obstruction. He then put it all back together. It's now been working OK for a week and he appears to have solved the problem we had

Simon responded to my job enquiry immediately on Sunday evening. I spoke to his assistant on Monday morning to explain the issue. Simon called me back within the hour and attended 90 minutes later. He assessed the issue and sorted the problem quickly and professionally. He was very attentive, communicative and we could not fault him. Highly recommended and very reasonable price wise. We will be calling on him again should we need to.
