Multiple Consumer Units and Other Jobs

Waterworx replied to my enquiry promptly and attended to quote. Due to old house wiring a Fixed Wire Test was advised and as I was having an EV Charger fitted in a few days, I desperately needed the testing done quickly. Waterworx accommodated this for me. We booked the remedial works - huge job with armoured cable runs and two new consumer units. I cannot explain how faultless and professional engineer Chris was. Helpful and knowledgeable, kept everything spotlessly clean, was on time and worked hard and cleaned down daily. Director Keith who arranged everything Was excellent. Very impressed.

Faulty air con unit

My Air Con unit had broken. I asked a few firms that dealt with Air Conditioning, one firm said you need a new unit at about £1,000 pounds. I contacted Waterworx plumbing and Heating Services and Ricky came out to look and advise. He managed to get the part needed and returned replacing the part and doing a service to the whole system. From Ricky to the office staff the service was amazing. The expertise and knowledge from Ricky was incredible. We now have a fully functional system and it didn’t break the bank. Thank you to all at Waterworx a very satisfied customer.

New Shower fitted

Even though I had to wait an extra day for my new shower I didn't mind. Keith updated me and said Anthony would be my first appointment the next morning at 8am. Anthony turned up (I made him a cup of tea) and he cracked on with the work. In just under 90 minutes he was done and everything works just fine. I'm very pleased with the service and might have some more plans that could involve Waterworx Services later in the year.
