  Air source heat pump service

  The work was done well and on time by an excellent technician who was thorough and very knowledgeable. What I don’t like as a new customer is having to pay 65% upfront before any work completed. This is quite off putting and not what I am used to. I would have thought a lesser amount deposit would better. If it was a big job then as a customer I would look around before parting with my money even with credit card protection

  Very easy to get a quote and book, in fact two people got in touch to make sure I was being looked after. On the day the plumber, Gareth, call in advance to confirm arrival time. The job was done quickly, without fuss, no mess and all working straight away. We discussed placement and that was it - a new tap and shower fitting fitted in no time.
