I had my boiler serviced. This is the 2nd time I have used Waterworx. Good communication in booking the appointment. The engineer gave me a call 40 minutes ahead of arriving. The engineer did a good professional job and was chatty.

I contacted Waterworx about a water leak and they responded a lot quicker than I expected. My correspondence with the admin staff is always friendly and very cooperative. As I have done for many years, I shall continue to call upon Waterworx to get the job done.

Not a great experience, wouldn't use again

Plumber had 4 jobs at ours, new kitchen tap, bathroom sink taps, reseal bath and change bath taps - Of 4 jobs, 2 completed poorly and 2 not done. He rushed from outset and left a mess (packaging and old taps strewn about). That night the kitchen tap was leaking and we noticed the bathroom taps were wonky. Took numerous attempts to contact Waterworx to rectify the work. We received a second larger quote from them for the 2 jobs not done - we're not taking up, paid £200 and main jobs not done Over a week later they sent a new plumber who was excellent and fixed the previous plumber's poor work

Annual boiler check revealed it had to be replaced (15yrs old) Clear information regarding choices explained followed by email from admin team with replacement boiler info/cost & date for installation. Friendly, polite engineer arrived on time to install boiler & completed checks with little or no mess and then explained the relevant parts of the boiler Highly recommended
