  I burst a pipe behind the toilet whilst changing the cistern

  Very grateful for a good emergency plumber as I’d had to shut the water off and it was Friday evening. Ben was about an hour later than promised but he did an excellent job. He fixed the main problem very quickly but made good use of the whole hour fixing a host of other mistakes I’d made changing the cistern.

  Following a problem with the previous boiler, also installed by this company a few years ago, the company management agreed a suitable arrangement for its replacement that was satisfactory to both parties.

  old range oven needing conecting but was not straight forward. Still only charged price quoted.🙂

  old range cooker host of problems took 2 people gas engineer and electrician, both very friendly and proffessional. Job took longer than expected as was not simple and needed more parts. But I was still only charged what i was quoted.which makes me very happy. Highly recommend and will be having them back to fit new taps, towel rail and shower in the future. Thanks again waterworx

  All communication with the company was clear and friendly. They didn't have anyone for my original date but we found a new date that suited. Keelan came to inspect the boiler and was friendly and arrived on time.
