Waterworx were great from the start. Came out the day I enquired to take a look and quote me for a repair. (They also quoted a replacement boiler as they can't guarantee how long the repair will last). Went with the repair and had someone out within 3 days with all the parts to replace. Both plumbers that came to the house were polite, friendly and very tidy. Highly recommend.

Carried out installation of Worcester Bosch air conditioning system serving 2 rooms from an external unit. Process was very good from site visit for quote to final completion. All people we dealt with were pleasant , helpful, knowledgeable & considerate . Work was completed in 2 days and we are very happy with the result.
