    Fix ensuite shower that was blocked

    From start to finish the communication was faultless. Highly recommend Gary as his work was exceptional and so polite. Many other tradesmen would do well to take a leaf out of his book. Simple fix, clearly explained and excellent rates

    New shower and kitchen taps

    Gary was excellent. Contacted me quickly when I put up the job and came out the next day to look at all the bits I needed doing. Was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Have me a great price. On the day of the work he turned up on time and got the work done really efficiently and to very high quality standard. Would definitely contact him again if I had anything else. Highly recommended!

    They turned up on time. Worked hard to make sure the space underneath was still a usable space by replacing all the new build bodge job and fitting all new pipework. Could not fault him.

    Fixing shower and bath

    After being let down by at least half a dozen other tradespeople who had botched our bathroom and bodged the "repair" work, Gary came to save the day and rectified all the mistakes made by other people who had really let us down. Gary had a proper look at the situation and got right down to the root cause of what was causing leaks and overflow issues in our bathroom. He not only fixed all the issues but made sure there was no possibility of it happening again. Punctual, tidy, very neat work, reliable, honest... Would not have anyone else work for us now.

    Prep for dishwasher

    I booked WaterWorks at short notice to add a hose connector to the pipes under my kitchen sink, for for a dishwasher. Gary turned up exactly on time, was very polite and got the job done very efficiently, tidily and quietly. I would be happy to call on his services again.

Water Works Plumbing and Heating engineers are highly trained engineers, working together to provide a service to London and Kent matching the highest in the industry at realistic rates and guarantees. We are professionals in plumbing, heating, bathrooms and drainage. Whatever your problem, we have an engineer that can help.

Water Works engineers can attend to your problem both quickly and efficiently. We have extensive knowledge in domestic heating systems and are able, in many cases to diagnose and offer a solution within the first hour. General plumbing problems are common and regardless of size, we can attend the same day you call should you need us. We abide to our exceptional high standards that ensure our customers use us again and again.

Work is carried out based on our hourly rate, a minimum charge of one hour will be charged and then 30-minute increments thereafter.

Water Works can supply all materials necessary; we constantly monitor supplier’s prices to enable us to remain competitive and pass on our savings.

An invoice will always be issued on completion of works, payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

All places of work will be left clean and tidy upon completion and all rubbish will be cleared.

All works are fully covered by public liability insurance.
