    Last year fitted a walk in shower and tiled the area which I am thrilled with. This year came back to fit new toilet and replace floor covering. Looks great very happy also fitted a new ceramic sink and tap in the kitchen again looks lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definately use again.

    To install shower enclosure with wall panels and wetroom shower tray

    Seemed nice guy, said job was easy + fit us in quick, priced well. Worked 5 days 1-4 hrs per day, issues with panels and tiles but we resolved. 1st RF: he said no to epoxy grout, insisted on normal 2nd no option to colour match trim, we had to buy and supply by next day if wanted. Final tile finish was rushed and poor. Left all rubbish on drive, never collected & ignored all msgs. Shower tray now leaks and guy blamed us and won’t respond. Quoted by 2 more plumbers, needs full refit due to improper all round install + tanking, costing us more than original. Taking this to SCC! Please AVOID!!

    I’m really sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the work. We refused to fit a second hand shower screen of which your husband has cut to size and now fitted himself. The leak was caused by that as I have already explained , we spoke a number of times.

    We had a wet room where the flooring had failed so it needed replacing. Gary explained everything so clearly and went above and beyond to help. He replaced the entire bathroom and it looks like a completely different room. The tenant within the property could not thank him enough. 100% recommend Gary to everyone!

Water Works engineers can attend to your problem both quickly and efficiently. We have extensive knowledge in domestic heating systems and are able, in many cases to diagnose and offer a solution within the first hour. General plumbing problems are common and regardless of size, we can attend the same day you call should you need us. We abide to our exceptional high standards that ensure our customers use us again and again.

Work is carried out based on our hourly rate, a minimum charge of one hour will be charged and then 30-minute increments thereafter.

Water Works can supply all materials necessary; we constantly monitor supplier’s prices to enable us to remain competitive and pass on our savings.

An invoice will always be issued on completion of works, payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

All places of work will be left clean and tidy upon completion and all rubbish will be cleared.

All works are fully covered by public liability insurance.
