Seemed nice guy, said job was easy + fit us in quick, priced well. Worked 5 days 1-4 hrs per day, issues with panels and tiles but we resolved. 1st RF: he said no to epoxy grout, insisted on normal 2nd no option to colour match trim, we had to buy and supply by next day if wanted. Final tile finish was rushed and poor. Left all rubbish on drive, never collected & ignored all msgs. Shower tray now leaks and guy blamed us and won’t respond. Quoted by 2 more plumbers, needs full refit due to improper all round install + tanking, costing us more than original. Taking this to SCC! Please AVOID!!

I’m really sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the work. We refused to fit a second hand shower screen of which your husband has cut to size and now fitted himself. The leak was caused by that as I have already explained , we spoke a number of times.
