  This is the second time I've engaged Waterproof Systems and I can't praise them enough. Giles and Tom are good guys to have working in your home. They don't fuss, get the job done to a high quality and never complain. As a woman, I feel really comfortable having them around when I'm alone in the house and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them both professionally and as decent people.

  I can’t rate Waterproof Systems Ltd highly enough. The job the Giles and his team did for me was a lot more complicated than initially thought and required some structural repairs to be completed alongside the damp proofing work originally planned. I was kept well informed throughout the process and the extra repairs were carried out with minimal stress. If you’ve got a damp problem I would highly recommend using Waterproof Systems Ltd.

  Efficient installation , affordable service and a pleasure to work with.

  Giles and his team did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. Giles visited the site early into the construction and accessed the state of dampness then advised on the most effective and financially friendly approach. The membrane has been installed for a month now and it no longer smells of damp in the basement!

  Highly, highly recommend Giles and his team. Polite, tidy, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Really trustworthy and went the extra mile to ensure the work was completed before Christmas. Would not hesitate to use them again!

  Looking at reviews on CheckATrade is how I found Giles’ company. I can testify that their workmanship, communication, care and vision are top notch. I was looking to have a French window installed, Giles helped with structural engineer, building regulations as well as all the building works. Once on site, we realised the building needed joist replacements due to historic rot, along with securing an unsafe, left from a previous contractor, then adding ventilation, insulation and damp proofing. I’m so thankful to have met Giles and Aron. They removed the stress and made my home safe and smart!

  Clean, professional and friendly

  10/10 for everything! I wasn’t looking forward to having the rising damp in my kitchen fixed but Giles and Tom made it as pain free, and more importantly as mess free as possible!! I shall definitely recommend Waterproof Systems to friends and neighbours.
