10/10 for everything! I wasn’t looking forward to having the rising damp in my kitchen fixed but Giles and Tom made it as pain free, and more importantly as mess free as possible!! I shall definitely recommend Waterproof Systems to friends and neighbours.

Giles and Tom did an excellent job of tackling the damp in my son's bedroom and left the treated wall in top condition to be re-decorated once the plaster dried out. Apart from the quality of their work, they are also nice people to have in your home. I'd definitely recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using them again if I needed to. Giles and his team identified the issue, explained clearly what was required to solve the problem and provided a breakdown of the quote with a clear plan of the works to take place. Communication throughout the work was really efficient and reassuring. The site was kept immaculate, swept clean and all rubbish dealt with on the last day of works.
