Jammed key in the front door locked replaced with a new cylinder & new set of keys. Cost was quoted before doing the work. Very professional.   Professional and respectful service at a fair price

  I have had a problem with my conservatory door and put it down to hot weather. Today it reached the stage where it wouldn’t shut. I searched for local firms, and Watchdog Locksmiths were one that came up. I completed the online contact form and called the number but rang off as didn’t want to duplicate effort. Incredibly Ajay called back and was transparent on the call out charge and said that he would have someone available within the hour. Jinesh was with me in 30 minutes and able to identify and fix the problem in a polite and respectful manner at a fair price. I will use again.

  Recently I had the locksmith change the locks and the worker Vatsal arrived on time and was super helpful in investigating the issue. He kept me thoroughly informed of what was wrong and what he will do to fix this, as a result the locks were changed. Vatsal respected my property by volunteering to self clean after the debri from the locks. Overall he was informative and respectful.
