Don’t trust this company. Charged £240 to change a patio door lock. Didn’t finish the job and the guy disappeared

Two locks were replaced. One was problematic through age, but Vatsal did a great job of working round the issues and installing.

Great service received! The service was needed urgently and they ensured that a Technician was immediately scheduled for a date and exact time that I requested. Jinesh (Technician) was professional and explained everything in detail and in my opinion went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend the company and the high level of customer service that they provided.
