Excellent service Mr Rao was professional and very efficient in his work

Two locks were replaced. One was problematic through age, but Vatsal did a great job of working round the issues and installing.

Great service received! The service was needed urgently and they ensured that a Technician was immediately scheduled for a date and exact time that I requested. Jinesh (Technician) was professional and explained everything in detail and in my opinion went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend the company and the high level of customer service that they provided.

I was looking for someone to replace a lock on a wardrobe close to where my client lives. He suffers from Dementia so buying a new wardrobe was not ideal as he is used to the current one and insisted he needs the broken lock replaced. I came across Watchdog Locksmiths and Nigel and AK who dealt with the WhatsApp messages were very helpful and willing to assist with such a small job. Jinesh attended site and replaced the lock. Excellent service provided. The area was left clean and tidy. My client is happy with his new lock. Good company to choose if a Locksmith is needed.
