Was given fantastic advice over the phone with no charge to help diagnose an issue with my washer dryer, ended up saving a couple hundred quid at least thanks to this. If I have serious appliance issues again in future and can't resolve it myself I will be using their services

Malcolm was punctual, communicated well, polite and honest. He quickly determined what the problem was, explained what the repair would entail, and then gave us a bill before proceeding with the work. He then showed me the washing machine working, and also shared with me what the problem was. Was very happy and would highly recommend.
