  WAS replaced a rotten door lintel for me. Mark and his colleague were very professional. I liked the fact he sent an itemised quote, the job was well done with no fuss, waste all removed and good value for money. I have asked the company to quote for another job, and would highly recommend them.

  I posted the job and within an hour Mark from W.A.S. was in contact and attended my property that afternoon. The estimate was emailed that evening and Mark was soon in touch with a suitable date. On the agreed date Mark kept me informed regarding his E.T.A. and was left alone to do the required work that was done to a very high standard. Thank you W.A.S. and especially Mark for your professionalism from start to finish, and I would thoroughly recommend W.A.S. to anyone. payment was made by bank transfer so everything was above board. Thanks again.

  Laying of two patio’s

  Super quality building service received from start to finish of laying two new patio’s. They arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day to get the jobs completed without huge disruption to the rest of our property. Care was taken at all times. Good communication continued throughout. The results are fantastic and we are very pleased indeed with our new patios.

  One storey extension

  W.A.S. built us a one storey 20ft x 10ft extension which included one reception room and a shower room with toilet and hand basin. They helped us from start to finish by suggesting an architect to draw up the plans, the type of bricks to use , right through to the completion of the project. The workmen were friendly, on time and their work was excellent. We would have no hesitation in engaging W.A.S.’s services again and can thoroughly recommend this company.
