Excellent service. The builders are honest, reliable, and courteous . The work was completed to a high standard, and on time. The pricing was transparent and fair. The tradesmen gave honest and realistic appraisals of the work that needed to be done, and they consulted with me at every step. They cleaned up each day, and were very respectful of our home. We had been looking for somebody to repair our side wall for ages. Decided to give Checkatrade a go. Absolutely brilliant. They came round the same day I enquired and we got a reasonable quote. Job done a couple of weeks later. Very good quality workmanship.

WAS replaced a rotten door lintel for me. Mark and his colleague were very professional. I liked the fact he sent an itemised quote, the job was well done with no fuss, waste all removed and good value for money. I have asked the company to quote for another job, and would highly recommend them.

I posted the job and within an hour Mark from W.A.S. was in contact and attended my property that afternoon. The estimate was emailed that evening and Mark was soon in touch with a suitable date. On the agreed date Mark kept me informed regarding his E.T.A. and was left alone to do the required work that was done to a very high standard.
