    Unable to lock door from inside.

    Unable to lock door from inside easily. Called Warrens. They responded within half an hour and attended and fixed problem within couple of hours. Adjusted composite door and fitted new lock. Constant communication. Punctual, polite, reasonable costs. Would definitely use again.

    I locked the entrance door and then the only key broke!

    I rang JP immediately as he had come to my rescue once before! Rather than drilling out the lock and replacing it he very cleverly managed, through careful measuring and years of experience, to create a new key. JP met me at the property a short while later and the key worked! I was very relieved and pleased (and impressed!). Thank you JP.
