JP replaced a lock on my garage. He was great with comms and helpful when completing the work. 100% recommend.

I rang JP immediately as he had come to my rescue once before! Rather than drilling out the lock and replacing it he very cleverly managed, through careful measuring and years of experience, to create a new key. JP met me at the property a short while later and the key worked! I was very relieved and pleased (and impressed!). Thank you JP.

JP turned up on time at a time of my convenience. He opened the door and diagnosed the problem replacing the lock gearbox from a spare he kept in the van even though the door was over 25 years old. He explained what he was doing and gave some advice about doors and lock types for the future. Very friendly and courteous.

JP is the best trades person I have ever had round. I was in panic after my UPVC door lock became so stiff I couldn't lock the door. We chatted on here and he reassured me that whatever it was he could sort it. and then he came round the next morning and sorted the problem very quickly and efficiently. I was very happy and relived. The price was very reasonable. I shall be recommending these guys to everyone.
