    Bad Customer service and broken promises.

    I was contacted by them and they agreed to come out to quote, they set a date and time but when it came to that appointment nobody came out. I rang and was informed that they had no knowledge of the booking and promised to quote setting a second date and time. This appointment has come an gone without contact from then and when I call I got no answer. I feel there customer service is not acceptable and they are untrustworthy and make promises they fully intend to not keep.

    Keep your eyes on the job

    Work was well done and I was very pleased but they left their rubbish behind . 12 empty paint cans ,bits of discarded wood , that was left after replacing old facia on my shed, empty cans and plastic drink bottles . I caught one of the gentlemen in the process of removing one of my plants with a saw managed to stop him in time to save half of it, sounds really picky but I had been training it for a few years hope it will recover!
