Steve visited quickly after a phone call, was able to detect where he thought the rodent gained entry, laid poison down down, near entry point, visited a couple of times to check if rodent had eaten poison and replenished and came back two weeks later, once no more sightings or rodent noises heard, he filled the hole with cement. We had a small invasion of spiders, Steve arrived and explained that the insect repellent we had sprayed had done a reasonable job already. He recommended another spray available on Amazon and gave us some general advice. He refused to take any payment for his time or knowledge. He is a polite, friendly and kind hearted man.
