We had what we believed to be a rat in the floorboards of our house. Steve responded to my message within 10 minutes with a call to understand the problem and came to the house within 48 hours to assess the area and what we had been hearing (the tapping of something walking above our heads in the ceiling/floorboards of the first floor). Measures were taken with repeat visits to assess until the noises stopped. Everything clearly explained, straightforward and emails to follow up. Great service, would recommend.
