Great communication and advice from our initial telephone conversation and throughout the progression of the required work. Our survey was carried out to confirm that our problem was a ventilation issue and this was the reason for the condensation and mould within our home. Having successfully used Checkatrade before to have work done on our house they were our first port of call for someone to check our cavity wall ties and our repointing. Wallseal Preservation contacted us and we were very impressed by David and his team who were very professional and helpful. They arranged scaffolding, checked and replaced our cavity the cavity wall ties, repointed the brickwork,had the scaffolding removed and left the outside very clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Wallseal Preservation, David and his team to anyone at anytime. I have a problem with damp patches above all windows upstairs. David came and assessed the house and his conclusion was excessive condensation. It required air circulation, David came in the new year and put an extractor fan in the bathroom, and a loft air circulation unit.
