10 Wall Tie Replacement

I would strongly recommend David and the team at Wallseal if you need wall repair. You will get reliability, quality and great communication throughout the job, from the initial survey right through to the end. I had replacement wall-tie work done on my 1930s semi, and the guys went above and beyond during a February month of extremely challenging weather. Despite this, the work was done to an excellent standard, everything was professional and thorough, all debris was tidied away after and I'm very pleased with the result. Great communication and advice from our initial telephone conversation and throughout the progression of the required work. Our survey was carried out to confirm that our problem was a ventilation issue and this was the reason for the condensation and mould within our home. Having successfully used Checkatrade before to have work done on our house they were our first port of call for someone to check our cavity wall ties and our repointing. Wallseal Preservation contacted us and we were very impressed by David and his team who were very professional and helpful. They arranged scaffolding, checked and replaced our cavity the cavity wall ties, repointed the brickwork,had the scaffolding removed and left the outside very clean and tidy.
