We used David and his team to replace the wall ties on a 3 bed semi that had the issue picked up by a mortgage surveyor. Wallseal turned up on the agreed date and time, carried out the work as expected to a high standard and tidied up after themselves every day. David took the time to explain the issue and how the wall ties installed when the house was built weren’t suitable for the job. Job location: SR2I’m really pleased with the work carried out by Wallseal Preservation to treat rising damp and complete the plastering in my home. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. They clearly explained the cause of the damp and the treatment process, which really put my mind at ease. I’ve had Dave and his team out for a few jobs now and every time I can’t fault him. He always comes across very friendly and explains everything nice and clearly so you’re not overloaded with information. He goes away and comes back quickly with a quote for the work needed detailing exactly what will be done and once booked up him and his crew come when they say they will and get cracking with the job. Can’t recommend this company enough. Fully explained what and how the work was to be carried out.
