Great quality work!

Came back from 3 months in NZ to find that 2 of our rooms in our house in Wallsend had suffered some damage due to water penetration When looking for a company to do some reporting my wife noticed that Warmseal , who we had used before to cure a condensation problem also did repointing. They called in a few days later from a job in Newcastle to assess the job. After a thorough examination they explained that to solve the problem they would need to grind out all of the old cement, repoint all of the east facing wall and give it a waterproof seal. The guys did a top class job..

From contacting the company initially to the work being completed was an extremely smooth process. David from the company was so knowledgeable about what was needed, and was open and honest about what this would cost. The work was completed with great care, both job wise and customer care wise. Had some repointing work needed and Wallseal Preservation were amazing from beginning to end. Everything was fully explained to me so I clearly knew what was needed and why and the work was carried out as planned and on time. Everything was left tidy and they even took their own rubbish away! Great job - would definitely recommend and if I need anything else doing, I will be using them again.
