David was vey responsive from the beginning, easy to book and fully flexible to accommodate my availability. He came as expected and very punctual. Very professional he made some diagnostics on the system. Although nothing was repaired he gave me useful advice and recommendations to further monitor the system before making any repairs or changing any parts. Dave was great. Very clear about availability, costs, timings etc. Showed up and got the boiler working, but was again very clear about its status and required next steps from us.
