I recently had my gas boiler serviced and was really impressed with the whole experience. From placing my enquiry last week to having the job completed, everything was handled so promptly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — clear updates from booking to arrival. The engineer was friendly, professional, and carried out the work to a high standard. Very prompt communication, always kept up to date with availability and they were flexible around my availability too. My thermostat was broken and I was provided with several options and pricing was clear & seems to be about average for what needed doing. My boiler decided to give up the ghost just as the temperatures plummeted. David immediately responded to my enquiry on Checkatrade and arranged to come round the next day. David kept me updated on his ETA, promptly diagnosed the problem (failed pump) and returned the following day to fit the replacement part. David was extremely efficient and communicated clearly, without resorting to technical jargon.
