David was super fast in responding and completed the work efficiently and without fuss. He had parts readily available in his van and was able to finish the job within the first hour. Excellent service.

From placing my enquiry last week to having the job completed, everything was handled so promptly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — clear updates from booking to arrival. The engineer was friendly, professional, and carried out the work to a high standard. I’m very happy with the service and would certainly recommend this company to others.

Very prompt communication, always kept up to date with availability and they were flexible around my availability too. My thermostat was broken and I was provided with several options and pricing was clear & seems to be about average for what needed doing. A new thermostat was sourced and fitted straightaway meaning I wasn't without heating for very long. Very happy with the service & would use again.
